Gulf Rubber has built its growth around supply of products around the customer’s expectations and has a comprehensive system that operates through out the organisation to ensure this standard is maintained.
The quality system includes the following:
- All Gulf Rubber plants and subcontract partner plants ISO 9000 and/or QS9000 accredited.
- Gulf Rubber Sydney plant TS16949 accredited
- Proven ZERO defect supplier at many customers
- Experienced in PPAP procedures and submissions
- Process Error Proofing including Process Control Plans and Inspection Standards
- Accredited laboratories and in house testing
- Tools used include Process FMEA, DOE, Gauge R & R, 8D Problem solving
- Formal “Root Cause” corrective action procedure
- Formal “Customer Complaint” investigation and corrective action
- Documented system for assessing, approving and monitoring subcontract partners
